My voice coaching clients often mention how healed they feel after their vocal lessons with me, and I too have felt the shifts in my own emotional state after a good long sing session.
Singing is a self soothing and self healing way that you can overcome the stresses in your life, and maybe heal some past vocal wounds.

Singing activates parts of the brain that excrete endorphins, which make you feel good.
